With a build like the OP where we recommended a custom tune because of the extensive mods and variances combined with us not having the exact map for best results we recommend a dyno tune. If you have a knowledgable dyno tuner with the correct equipment that knows these bikes and their EFI strategy a dyno tune is some of the best money you can spend on your bike. I would trust Ed at the Dyno Difference, although I have not met him personally a friend of mine actually trained him and I have had several customers take bikes to him with great results. In the mean time if you need any help or map adjustments we can help out no problem.

Thanks for the responses guys. The rain finally broke long enough for me to take the ole gal out 2day. I must say that I was impressed with the throttle response with the "canned Map" that Jamie's crew loaded for me. Now I am curious about the dyno numbers. When she was new she put up 88.9 hp & 97.36 tq. Feels stronger now! Thanks Jamie.
