I got Bobster glasses that I turned into prescription... they have a spongy frame on the inside so it doesnt leak air... very comfortable, but when i stop i need to remove them and wear my normal glasses coz they fog up.
I ride with WileyX SG-1's and P-17's and I like them both very much. Check out Sport RX for a good deal, and people that know how to make great prescription lenses for riding. I have used them for both of my WileyX glasses and I am really happy. They offer a 'test drive' so you can check out frames before you get lenses, I did it with the P-17's and worked out great.
got mine at eyemasters. found a pair of sunglasses i liked that had a nice curve to them and bought one pair with tinted lenses and one with polarized clears. work great...ride safe
Huh??? There is no such thing as a polarized clear lens. Not 100% clear anyway.
I could not get prescription wraparound glasses due to strong Rx. I bought a pair at the HD dealer for about 20.00 They fit nicely over my medium size wire frame glasses and have a cushion to seal against the wind. They come with a strap, but I usually dont use it. They are snug enough without. I looked on line and also bought a clear pair for night riding. Was going to get some that you can switch lenses, but didn't want the bother. Google Motorcycle fitover glasses and you will find many sellers.
PS I am new here, so If I posted anything in error, show me the way.
I just wear my regular glasses unless its sunny then I have a pair of wrap around prescription polarized sunglasses with bifocals . My eyes still water some with both as they dont completely cover the eyes and seal out the wind but you get used to it.. My eyes water sometimes sitting in the house in the easy chair and the docs told me I didnt have any problems?..
I just wear my regular glasses and don't have any problems. Of course I have a windshield and rarely ride above 70mph. Try riding with your regular glasses before doing anything else. You'll know after the first ride if it works for you or not.
