The wife and I rode up to the local dealership this past Saturday and there she was Black Denim Road Glide Custom...OMG that is one bad azz bike. Then to make matters worse I had a local guy make a pretty good offer on my Street Glide. So, guys I need your help. Talk me out of selling my scoot to buy a new one. I have a pretty good list of reasons not to sell but that RG is so sexy...please help!
Think of all the equity you already have in your bike and the fact that you will take a huge depreciation as soon as you roll out with the new one. also what about all of the aftermarked products to make your bike uniquely yours. do you really want to start over again?
Thats all I got. It is pretty much a matter of how much you love your bike. It sounds like you are very happy so why ruin a good thing, right?
ummm mmm welll being the very proud owner of a Road GLide... and having ridden both a distance. I love my rg and I fricken love the look of the black denim one as well (wife and I spend our weekends ridding around looking at new bikes for no reason) so do it... dont look back.. life is full of mistakes and bad choices.. there only bad if you think so..LOL but the truth is do what you and the wife really want.
Uh yeah, you do need help if you're expecting a rational answer from this sick bunch....we are just as irrational as you are LOL. You have a beautiful bike no doubt but something is drawing you to the Road Glide and the timing of the good offer on your SG looks like a sign to me....
