OK, even though I'm from Kansas its not what your thinking... No I'm talking about "The Man" when it comes to the art of Sumi-E! Basically that's where an artist can load his brush with 3-4 colors at once and Free Hand his artwork... Got a chance to finally meet him at BBB after years of seeing his work on other rides. So, how many here have seen or have his work on their ride? Post up what ya got...

He painted two eagles on a metric bike for me back in the 80s...His work is awesome...I was amazed at how he blended his colors...It's good to know that he is still at it.
I wish I could dig some more pictures up... He does way more than just eagles, that just happen to be the only thing I could find. Geezer Glide, curious as to where he was located when he did this for you? He is from North Carolina I believe but comes to the Topeka, Ks HD dealer every single year for a couple of weeks to do his magic! Would recommend checking him out if your schedule and his align you won't be sorry....

I had the pleasure of meeting him in Meridian,Ms. At a small dealership that I worked at...I am guessing he was on his way somewhere else.
He did ****** wire and feathers all over my Street Glide. I'll have to see if I can find some close ups to post. I watched him dip his brush in black and silver make a couple of brush stokes on an old catalog and then paint the black and silver ****** wire. It was pretty amazing to see him do the work.
Well I guess we still can't use that word. Here are a couple of shots. His work is better than my picture taking ability trust me. More than 30,000 miles since he did the work and it still looks perfect.
