Harley Goodies Floor Board Extensions

Wanted to post my thoughts on Harley Goodies and their good customer service I received.

I got a wild hair and thought i would take the plunge and go for the Harley Goodies Floor Board Extensions as i had heard alot of good reviews on this forum about them.

I thought i would order the chrome ones, I apparently didn't read the details on each product and ordered the chrome ones for my 09 FLHX. This was last Sunday, well within an hour and on a Sunday, i received an email from Tom asking was I sure that i wanted the chrome ones as they were for the CVO model of my bike. He explained that those might look outta place on my bike since I had the black original ones. I agreed and even got a refund for the difference between the 2. Gonna install those extensions tomorrow..........

Not everyday you get this kinda personalized service. I am grateful to Harley Goodies and the very good service I received. Oh, and i received those extensions today. So after all was said and done it took 3 days total... i'm impressed...
