So here is the plan. I have a PCV and plan on adding a switch to use 2 maps. I want to use the accessory switch already on the bike. It is a powered switch so I need it to go to a relay that just switches on or off. (open or closed). I am not the electrical type guy but there used to be someone here selling the little kit for 20.00 bucks or so but I already have the plug and just need to find a SMALL relay. Someone that knows relays please let me know what I need to ask for. Radio shack? or better place to get one locally?
Try digikey.com I think thats it or any electronics outlet. They should have what you need. If your really stumped and cant find anything PM me ill find it for ya . You could also try ebay as im sure there are hundreds there also..
follow up.. search ebay relay spdt thats what you need so you can tell the guy that dont know sh*T at radio shack you need a single pole double throw and maybe he will have one with a plug.. Amperage doesnt matter and the lower the smaller the package but it may not come with the plug..
