This past week I ran into two issues with my bike. First my air pump went out on my Arnott Air ride. I called Arnott up and in two days I had a new pump, no charge.
Then this past Saturday my hand controls quit working on my radio. I called Biketronics, we went over a few things and they had me disconnect the battery to let it reset which worked briefly. Once you put the bike in gear and started moving they would quit working again. I called them back and told them the issues they said it was the module and would send me a new one, again two days later the new part was at the door and everything is working like it is supposed to again.
Just thought I would post something positive about a couple vendors that I know a lot of guys on here use, These two businesses have great customer service and stand behind their products.
