I have a 95 flhp. The turn signal module is fried. However I don't want to spend 150 dollars to buy a new one. Any new wiring suggestions? ALL I need is to be able to use the turn signals. Not ones that turn on and off by themselves. There has to be a cheaper way..
Any idea why it failed? Too bad it's a '95. I have the original module from my Ultra that was replaced when I installed the security system. If it would work, you could have it for the cost of shipping. But I don't know if the '07 module will work on your '95.
eBay is a good place to find the modules. I have some from my 1985 FLHT and my 1989 Ultra. They are Not the TSCM used now. They are the flat ones. I am going to put them on eBay soon.
The type of Turn Signal Module I have was used through the 2003 model year. In 1996, Harley started to use the Deutsch plug on the module. I looked in the 1995/96 Service Manual I have. The 1995 model used this module. Be sure to check what plug yours uses. Harley might have changed to the Deutsch if yours is produced late in the production run. The module I have is part number 68587-89C.
