Default Vivid Black Inner Fairing???
I like the painted inner fairing idea. Have seen a lot of good painted inner fairings for many different color motorcycles. My question is has anyone painted the inner fairing on a Vivid Black Ultra. How does the black on black paint job look? Has anyone experimented painting a Vivid Black Ultra inner fairing a different color?? Pictures???

friend has a street glide with vivid black inner fairing painted... 150% improvement over the stock plastic look.

When my bike was white, had the inner fairing painted vivid black with very fine silver flake. Looked great up close, but from more than ten feet away it looked plain vivid black. The painter worked in a good auto body shop and I found the color looking at different automotive paint chip books. The fine silver flake would compliment the silver pinstripes on your Ultra IMO.

Mine is vivid black to match the bike and I love it!

A painted inner fairing is a big improvement. You cant go wrong

Rode with a friend today that just bought a 2010 Ultra with a Vivid Black painted inner fairing. Not sure if the dearler did it or if it came from the factory like that. It looks very, very nice.

Painted black inner fairing goes good with any color. I would not paint one the same color as the bike. That would be too much of the same color. imho

Maybe you could get your friend to post a picture; would sure like to see what it looks like!
