Klock Werks Customer Service

I have to put this out there. On Tuesday I ordered a set of WFB slipon's and end caps from Klock Werks. I talked to Vic on the phone and got the order placed for 2nd day air delivery. Got home

that evening and had a message from him saying that they thought they had them in stock, but were out...but he was going to get a hold of the manufacturing unit have them drop shipped to me.

I called him back to say thanks...and it turns out the model I had ordered was out being chromed from the manufacturing unit, so no go there. What he did do was buy back a set from one of his distributors and said he would have them Weds...would second day air them to me for Friday delivery. Well then didn't get in Weds...they came in Thursday and he was nice enough to over night them to me so they still arrive today...complete with tracking number...etc., at no additional charge.

I don't know if you ever have need to deal with Klock Werks...this is my second time as I had bought one of their windshields...and on that one I had concerns about it fitting the bike with a fairing mount GPS...and their tech assured me it would...and called a week after I had installed it to make sure I was happy with the item.

I have to hand to these guys....excellent customer service

I will get a review done on the slip ons when I get them installed and have a few miles on them.

wow, thats some excellent customer service..I guess thats one of the reasons they are such a fast growing company!

Great customer service certainly builds business. It's kind of shame that more small businesses don't understand this concept.

I've been saying that for years and I have found that small businesses usually have the best customer service where the larger the businesses you start dealing with people who don't care and are just there for their check. When you live by your business you have to take care of your customers. I for one wouldn't classify Klock Werks as a small business though and that was great customer service.
