As I stated in an earlier post, I ordered the black from Chicago HD on 12/8 and received it today, 12/24, And I did pay shipping. It seems everything I ofder from Chicago HD has to be ordered from the MOCO.

I'm going to start shopping other dealers for quicker delivery and less shipping $$$.

The baffle arrived with no mounting screws. Is that the way all of them are shipped or were mine left out?

Thanks

I got the chrome one at my local dealer and 2 of the 3 screws were in the package. I just ordered some stuff from http://www.saukprairiehd.com/ shipping was way quicker than chicago and free.

NOTE: You won't find this on the H-D website any longer, however, Chicago Harley has it right here: http://www.chicagoharley.com/shop/ad...20-79A&x=0&y=0 for only $10.16. Get 'em while they're hot fellas...

OK......So I followed this link and ordered the -79A but received the -79TC.
In other words, ordered Black but got Chrome. Paid Black price so I got it cheaper but......
I want the black....so if anyone got the black and want the chrome we can trade straight up. You will come out ahead and I will get the one I really wanted.
Or, I can send it back and get the black one.......probably back-ordered....

not on my last couple of orders, don't know if it was a holiday sale or if they always run but the prices were the same as chicago on my sundowner and shipping was free.

Just got mine today, black and screwless. I checked the installation sheet on the HD website for the chrome one and it lists a 1/4-20 X 5/8 allen head screw and a lock washer (X3).

I'll borrow my neighbors tap and confirm that size works.
