Getting ready to do a 95" on my 04 rk custom. I have been pricing se, andrews and dont know which one to get. Yes I have used the search!!!! Just by looking at the pics, the se kit does not seem to come with every thing you need to comlete the job, While the andrews kit seem to come with every thing you need. Just do not want to be ordering a bunch of seperate parts if I dont have to. I am also going to look at woods kit, As I'm not 100% sure of what cam I'm going with. Not going the gear drive route, to much hassle to have it done right. Not looking for a high comp race motor, Just a little more a$$ when I twist the throttle. I'm meeting with the engine builder this week. Just wanted some other opinions.

I would go with the SE hyd. set up and the cam of your choice.
The Andrews and Woods kits are conversion kits which limit your cam selection choices (IIRC). The SE billet cam plate and high volume oil pump is a direct replacement for what you currently have and there is no limitation on the cam choices. As for the parts included, the conversion kits include more parts for the conversion; the SE is essentially a stand alone product with no "conversion" parts so to speak.
John Wadsworth (Herko) puts together a good conversion kit using the 07 and later HD stuff along with Andrews conversion cam of your choice. He gives you everything in a kit including loctite, new bolts, assembly lube, and even cracker jacks and chocolates (no joke) for a decent price. We put one of his kits in petemac's bike here on the forum. You could also go with the SE kit and a different cam as nocarb state.
So if I go with the se conversion kit I can use either woods or andrews cams. Went to my dealership and for no apperant reason , They are going to give me 25% off the se kit. I was shocked. Now what cam to use, Wood 6 or andrews 21,26,37. I'm sure my builder will be able to help me out. Going to talk to him today and get the ball rolling.

Just a coupla weeks ago I ordered from Herko, I talked with John at length and he is a doggoned good fellow. His conversion kit was 499.00 and included EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED. Plus the cracker jacks. New lifters, ez install pushrods, orings out the ***, the gaskets all the bolts and he had it to us in 2 days. I've NEVER worked witha more accomodating man,. trust me, he'll help you anyway he can. Here's the kicker, I talked with him a while telling him what was going on. He shipped to me without transfer of the funds. Course we gotta money order off to him in the mail on Monday, that was damned nice of him and I really appreciated it. You don't find too many that'll do that for ya. He has my appreciation and respect.
