Does anyone have a 96" setup with Rinehart True Duals, a Ness Big Sucker, and a Power Commander? How many miles do you have and have you had any problems? Any thoughts on how the longevity of the engine is affected as opposed to a stock setup?
Got Rinehart True Duals, Screaming Eagle Air cleaner and SERT dyno tuned (no canned Map)
Got 21500 on the clock and no problems what so ever. I don't abuse her, but I don't cut her any slack either.
Best running Harley I've ever owned!

i have the setup but i like the stock headpipe better than the true duals, bike seemed to run better with stock headpipe.
Have the same stuff for the most part. Over 30,000 miles since I installed them.
My thoughts are that A) a good portion of owners do this with no known consequence. Except a lighter wallet, and possibly less fuel mileage. And 2) might as well enjoy the performance when you're rackin up the miles!
I can't comment on the pipes, but that should be irrelevant. The PC or any other tuner should positively affect engine longevity because it will lower operating temperatures if it is tuned properly. If you tune it too lean you can increase heat and detonation, the latter being potentially very harmful, and if too rich the unburned gas can wash the lubricant away from the cylinder walls and contaminate the oil. An optimal AFR and igntion-timing mix will maximize the longevity of the motor, IMO.
