06 Electra Glide Classic - NO issues at all. Actually my second 06 and no issues with either of them.

One of the best HD's I've owned and I've owned my fair share.

I missed where the OP stated it was Fuel Injected.
Carb's were still available in '06.

There is a 2006 black RKC with 6500 miles in South Ga for $12,000 flat. Clean bike that is kept in a garage. If you are interested call Raymond T. at 229-242-7876. I almost bought it but my 2002 RKC is paid off. This is a clean bike...
Ride safe,
Mike

Thank you bruthas ... really appreesch the feedback. Some comments.

1. I never believe what I read on the internet. That is unless I can find supporting data. My brother rides a 2007 Street Glide standard. He did have the wobble which was fixed by installing a $300 including labor progressive stabilizer. Another partner I ride with every Thursday has a 07 Street Glide ... umm I think custom .. has the radio ... same situation. The problem is ... neither are an 06 FLHRC ... ALL bikes have their unique characteristics.

2. The one Im looking at is $11,927 out the door. Including 5 yr warranty, gap and is equipped as follows:

Chrome Front-End Sliders
Screaming Eagle Stage 1 Air Cleaner
Screaming Eagle Slip on pipes
Chrome Engine Casings
Chrome Fork Lock Cover
Beach Comber Bars
Chrome and Rubber "Bar and shield" Grips
Windshield mounted bag
Detachable Sissy bar and Luggage Rack
Visors on all lights (front and rear)
Chrome Control Housing
Chrome Levers
Chrome Caliper Accents
Thermometer
Clock

Finance rate ... get this 6 3/4 ... my credit is excellent though. Im going down Wednesday. We'll see then if there are any surprises ... but it sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

3. Not too worried about taking it to a mechanic. I ALWAYS by the extended warranty. Saved my *** twice with this Vstar ... Would expect some type of dealer warranty.

4. I do have a little negative equity. Due to mileage .... put 38,700 miles on the Vstar in a little over 2 years ..... but want to get back on a Harley.

5. Im only 5' 7" tall ... Im not sure about the Beach Combers .. do they sit ya back or lean ya forward. Im a old guy, 46 ... need to be comfy .... know ?!!??

I have an 06 FLHRCI, Road King Classic. I have a Screamn' Eagle air filter (KN actually), Vance and Hines Head Pipes (true duals), Samson M147 29" Silver Bullet Slasher Mufflers and a Cobra FI2000R fuel maint. Stalling is a pain in the A$$. I can't figure it out. It started stalling about a year ago. Then no stalling for a couple months and then it starts again. The last time was the past two days. This is about the 5th time overall. No stalling today. I'd be riding down the highway, come to a red light, pull the clutch in an the engine stalls immediately. I use the right gas. I live in the FL panhandle. The bike has almost 27K miles on it. I don't have a clue what's going on.
