Will the Harmon Kardon on my 08 SG play a DVD disc loaded up with mp3 formated music?

DVD stands for Digital Video Disc. I'm not sure, but the factory Kardon CD player should be able to play MP3's. The original sound system operator manual should tell you.

Your 08 has a CD player, not a DVD player. Short answer: No. Longer answer: It can read MP3 files on a CD. You can burn MP3s onto a blank CD, and get around 150-200 on one disc (depending on file sizes of the songs).

I have a DVD burner that I can put about 500 songs on a single disc in a mp3 format and was just wondering if it might play in the CD player.
I am not real computer savy, so this might be a dumb question!
