One thing I didn't touch on that's not necessarily an A/T issue, but will come into play if not used. When you install just the PC-V by itself, one of the things that's included is "plug" so-to-speak that gets plugged into the stock wiring harness after you unplug the stock O2 sensor thereby rendering the sensor useless. Why not also include a steel plug to screw into the header so you can just remove the sensor? Seem silly to just have that wire hanging there doing nothing. I haven't gotten around to finding out what thread type and size it is yet, but I'll throw one in when done with the bike. I have one A/T to use for 3 bikes, so at least two will need plug for the O2 holes in the header.
One other note worth mentioning is that after the PC-V was installed on my girl's SG, the Engine Light comes back on for a few seconds after the bike starts. No big deal as it's been mentioned on the forum before. But after I installed the same system on my RG, the Engine Light acts "normal" as if I never touched the bike. Cool by me of course, but I wonder why hers comes on and mine doesn't. I installed them both in the same manner. Hers was mufflers only, while mine was headers and mufflers, but the PC-V couldn't know that, so I found that just a little odd. Just sayin'.
If the check engine light comes back for a few seconds after the bike is started, pull the codes and see what's going on. My 08 started doing that. I pulled the codes, checked them and then cleared them out. My check engine light doesn't come on after the engine is started since I cleared out the codes.
my light comes on after start up for a few seconds but no codes, had my indy look at it and he thinks it may be related to another issue he did alot of trouble shooting and it all led the the speedometer control modual. the tool to check the modual is around 600$ havent priced the modual yet,may just try and replace it if the price isnt to outrageous.

I hate plugging Toyota parts, but these are cheap and readily available.
Toyota truck oil pan drain plug P/N 90341-18016
They're only a couple of bucks a piece at the dealer. Be sure to use some anti-seize or maybe some red high temp silicone on the threads. There may be one avaiable, but they don't come with a gasket. And, sorry, I don't remember the thread size, but I do know these work because I run them on my '09.
I have read alot, cant find the answer, so i will post it to the pro's.

Do you need the autotune when you are doing a simple air cleaner and high flow exhaust? Is the autotune for more major mods like pistons, cams etc?
Thanks
No you don't. I'd order from FuelMoto and they will install the MAP for you. Install is SIMPLE at that point. Mine took less than 30 minutes and I did a PCV Install Writeup on it if you are interested.

As far as the engine light coming on for 3 seconds after you start the bike, this is a historic code likely from when a component was unplugged. This is not a current code and will clear itself in 50 engine starts or if you want to manually clear it there are instructions at www.fuelmotousa.com/harleycodes As far as the O2 sensor bung plugs on the 09 bikes they are 18mmX1.50 and on the 2010 touring 12mmX1.25. We sell the plugs for $12.00 per set and they are coated to prevent corrosion.
