The HB125 and the wedge are two different ones. There are two wedge models, one for 07 and up and one for pre-07. Get the wedge if you are planning on getting one.
Well, I just placed an order for a wedge2. They take paypal.
No clue how long it will take to get it, but my guess the snow will still be here when it arrives. LOL
I dont remember anymore, it was about 2-3 pieces that bolted in place of the original one and had the plastic shoe that was on a spring that worked on a piston type movement that would scavenge the oil from the bottom of the primary and create tension on the shoe/chain.
Well....... my 2010 Ultra chain tensioner refuses to adjust. I took the bike to the dealer at 300 miles, and he MANUALLY ratched it tighter. Had the bike for 3 DAYS. Now 400 miles later, the chain is loose again. I'm fed up, and do NOT want to leave the bike with the dealer here in Bradenton, Florida for another 3 days. The Southern Oregon Hot Bikes unit is looking better and better.
Another idea...... Does the '06 primary cover, (with the inspection cover) fit the 07's and up? That way, when the chain loosens up, I take the inspection cover off and use a hook to ratchet up the chain. Pretty sad....$23,000 bike, and I'm at the mercy of the dealer's wait time for warranty repairs.

If you get the good Cometic gasket with the metal sandwiched between neoprene you can remove the primary cover and reuse the gasket many times. Sometimes you can even get away with using the stock gasket once if you're in a pinch.
I tried to find one for your 2010 but it looks like you will need to look it up. No need for the whole kit. Just the gasket unless you want the whole kit.

Oh crap! I just received this email:
The hydraulic wedge is currently on back order. Estimated shipping is the end of January. Let us know If you would like a refund through paypal or if you want us to keep the order on file. We are very sorry For the inconvenience.

Oh well, the ground is snow covered anyway. That's one reason I don't mind ordering the slow way during winter time.
soos just informed me of the same thing. Guess we gotta wait!

Well, I may have to try out that Southern Oregon tensioner on my 09 SG. The primary is the loudest part of my bike, its loud and clear at 70mph. I've taken it to the shop twice and they say its normal, but my 02 Road King was never that loud unless it needed adjusting. I can't hear the top end clatter because of it.
