Default RK Windshield

Well, since there hasn't been a thread on Road King windshields in a couple of days I thought I'd take up the slack.

I installed my Clearview 18.5 clear recurve today and went for a test ride. BIG improvement over the 16" that was previously on the bike. The 16 was ok around town but had too much buffet at speed. I'm 5' 8"; with the stock seat it puts the wind just over my helmet at 70mph, but I'm still looking over the top by about an inch. UPS willing I'll be installing a Mustang seat tomorrow and hope to test ride it again before our Christmas Eve rain gets here. From what I've read here, and from sitting on a Mustang equipped RKC I expect it to raise me a little bit which is why I went with the 18.5" instead of the 17" which seems so popular with riders here.
