As far as design sky is the limit. The covers we are building will be cap style covers for the outer face of the element. I would be interested in doing some trick stuff, maybe CNC machined 5 spoke design similar to a Torq Thrust wheel. I do not want to anodize or coat these covers and want to stick with billet polished designs. Let me know what you are looking for

Smooth Air Cleaner Cover

Wrap your Screamin' EagleŽ round air cleaner element in style. The mirror-chrome low-profile Air Cleaner Cover shields the element and opens breathing space between the backing plate and the cover. Cut-away bottom design exposes the air cleaner element to maximize the air flow. Easy to install, the one-piece cover is the ideal complement to the Chrome Air Cleaner Back Plate P/N 29510-05.

29153-07

Fits '99-later Twin Cam models equipped with Screamin' EagleŽ Stage Kits or High Flow Air Cleaner Assembly. '08-later DynaŽ models require separate purchase of Stage 1 Air Cleaner Kit P/N 29773-02C.

MSRP US $44.95

Willie G.Ž Skull Collection Air Cleaner Insert

Add a little attitude to your ride. Styled to complement Harley-DavidsonŽ Skull accessory items, the menacing raised skull with black-filled eyes leaps from a field of chrome. The surrounding "Harley-DavidsonŽ Motorcycles" script is the perfect finishing touch. This complete collection of engine covers dresses your bike for a true custom look.

29417-04

Fits EvolutionŽ 1340 and Twin Cam-equipped models with stock air cleaner (except '08-later DynaŽ and FLSTSB).

MSRP US $39.95

Any suggestions for a screw on cover that fits over the round element that looks good?
What the title says... except it's not a screw on replacement - uses a K&N high volume filter. But it looks GREAT!

I like this custom cover, but it only works for the Shark-nose

I like that look but don't like the ugly plastic plug and wiring that plugs into the back of the EFI. Does anyone make a cover to hide that plug??

I had a cap style on my Big Sucker and had serious problems in rain. Several times I damn near had the engine quit.

I can't find a good pic, but you get the idea.

I picked up my cover off ebay. I think I paid 17 bucks with shipping. It was listed as a "billet" air cleaner cover for a VW. It's not what I would consider billet, it seems to be cheap cast aluminum. I spend about a half hour with my buffing wheel, and considering what it cost, I am pretty happy with it.

football cover insert, installed using a flat washer to space the mounting plate for this particular one out a C hair. Also notice the HD Chrome FI cover that hides the FI manifold. I made the horn cover out of a spare 100th anniv. windshield badge I had kicking around. Sure beat paying 130 bucks for one off EBAY
