I got the Ness setup and their billet round cover. Looks like an Evo cover, but the one in your sig looks round too, so not sure what you are looking for.
We are working on some billet AC covers at the moment that we should be releasing in the next month or so. So far we are manufacturing a smooth polished billet cover and a polished billet cover with CNC ball milled grooves. If there is a specific style of cover you guys want, let me know and we will take it under consideration and we may be able to build them

I am very interested in what you are doing on this. I have your breather and chrome backing plate. I really like the open breather element look. I had a Baron's BAK on my last bike. Are you talking about a cover for the element and leaving the breather element open? Something like the RSD/PM design? What are you looking at as far as price point?
If you have the same Doherty set up I have, you don't want to cover the filter element and restrict air flow. The only option (on mine anyway) is the 5" 'cover', which basically sits on the face of the breather. That's my opinion anyway.
