Default Got Chubbys

Just finished the swap, the job went well thanks to Harley 0711 who came over and helped wire the bars , to Oinker who reccomended Magnum Shielding clutch cable . it IS a nice cable and the + 4 is right on. and Texas FatBoy for advice on mirrors. Rider position is much more natural. If you have not handled the stock bars off the bike you would be amazed how cheap they are.

Hey Pete! I like the seat, what is it? And also, now you need some black levers.

Please 'splain the 2x4 trick. I want to change the cable to braided stainless with new chubbies.

If you don't want to drop your tranny oil, pull both tires up onto 2x4's or 2x6's and lean the bike onto the jiffy stand. The bike will lean way over to the left and will seem like it will fall over, but it won't. Let it sit for a few minutes and all the tranny fluid will flow to the far left of the tranny so when you remove the cover, you only lose a little drop or two.
