Been servicing my own bike for 2 years now. I have since started doing lots of work on bikes of friends who are affraid to do the work (i do it for beer). I have had enough of laying on the garage floor. I live in Germany in base housing now and will be leaving here for the states in about 6 months. First thing i will be doing once i get settled in the states and in my own house is a table lift and nomar tire changer.

i bought the directlift.com but there is also discountramps.com, a lift with a small scissor jack and you are good to do anything, oh yeah tie downs, a set of 4 and you are well covered. I have this setup and it makes it really easy to work on the bike, do you have a compressor? You need an air compressor for it, there are so many good salesfor compressors around, if youve got the coin, nothing better than loading the bike up and strapping it down and coming up with project after project! Good luck!
