Ya it was, when the Dealer came to p/u my bike , do to snow couldn't I couldn't ride it there. He said that there was a new recall for the front tire.
Could you provide more info on the front tire problem. I bought a 2010 FLHTK yesterday but it won't be in until the end of the week. I certainly don't want to take delivery of a brand new bike that already has 2 recall issues. I have 3 days to cancel a contract. Thanks.

The front tire issue is on 09 bikes only. I haven't heard of a recall.
Your new bike will have the updated hardware for the front tank mount from the factory. No worries.

Thanks Steelknee. I was checking the NHTSA site and found the gas tank recall, but they had nothing on the front tire. Let me guess, they found that if the rubber is penetrated by a sharp object, the air comes out?
Sorry guys, don't know why he said that but maybe there isn't one. But why the &^%%%$ he said that? Maybe he wanted my bike for a longer time. Who knows I'll call Dealer today and get more info.
