High Output Starter 31619-06A
Looking for some information from someone that has installed either the subject starter or the chrome version (31621-06A). Apparently, Harley has changed the o-ring on the seal to the inner primary from 11116 to 10957? My local Harley dealers don't know anything about this and don't have the new o-rings. I've read the M-1231 about the changes to the bracket, no mention of any changes to the o-ring. Thanks for any information.
