I've got both and like both..... 2 different bikes..... batwing is far more popular, BUT
the Shark is gaining ground. you have to ride both and make up your own mind. Very personal thing. The Shark took a while to "Grow on Me". I have a 2010 RG custom. The
ride is very smooth and you sure dont meet yourself coming down the road. Like I said.... I have both, ride both and like both, I guess with what I know now IF I could ONLY have ONE bike, my vote would go to the Shark. Its just
suits my personal taste and if and when they come out with a Ultra Road Glide, it
will be hard to resist. Both are great and there is NO right or wrong answer...... hdman

I was just wondering which had more weak areas. i see that there is a problem with the radio bracket wearing through the outer fairing on some sharks and alot of broken mounting brackets on the batwings, just wondering which is a weaker fairing and what other issues they have
No problems with my 09 RG except for the latest gas tank bracket recall. Had an 03 RG also with no problems. Guess it depends when the bike rolled off the assembly line....my .02.
