Problems after installing 16 apes Would anyone have a picture of the back of the male plug for the left-hand side harness . My signal lights, cruise control and horn are not working after installing the extensions. They did work at first but the headlights and spot would not work after the installation. I noticed that I had the black and blue wires in the wrong slot after changing those wires the headlight and spots worked but now both signal lights, cruise control and horn are not working. BTW I checked out the wiring diagram in the manual and according to it 1-OW, 2-Y,3-BE, 4-W, 5-W/V, 6-Y/BK, 7-BK/R and 8-BK is how I have it wired but no signals, horn or cruise, everything else works. Any help would be appreciated. The bike is a 2009 Road King Classic.

Sounds like you pinched a wire and blew the acc fuse.

Well I fixed it!!! I ran the wires through the bars used welding wire and #1 crochet needle. After the wires were through I check the functions with the ohm meter and all were working I then put the wires into the Molex connector and rechecked with the ohm meter and all was good. After running the steel brake lines (removed the roll pin) and putting the headlight nacelle on it was time to check the functions. Again the signal lights, cruise and horn would not work. I check the "acc fuse" but could not tell if it was blown so I checked it with the ohm meter and it was blown. I then check the leads on the horn (I ordered this bike last year and had it delivered I never pushed the horn button until this installation) the wires were shorted. I fixed that put in a new fuse and all functions on both side worked. I bled the brakes and installed the clutch line. Now it's time to change the oil since I drained the transmission to do the clutch line. This will be the third oil change I only have 900 miles on the bike and I serviced the front end when I had the nacelle off. When it warms up I'll take it for a ride.
