Lights and horn fixed
It was an easy fix after I tore into it. Seems the horn wire got pinched inside the wrap and was shorting out. Had a hard time not pinching the wire harness inside clutch perch. So I ground a small amount off of it and everything works well now.

so is the insulation cut through?
or the wire cut?
what I am asking is did you repair anything or just release the wire from the clamp?
just thinking that you may in the future, hit your horn at night, and blow the fuse...no lights.
