You can use 3M weather strip glue or clear rtv adheasive. You can also buy the new rubber at the dealer. It has the adheasive in it. Just be careful because it takes VERY little glue and its a bitch to get the excess off.

Default Rubber !

LIKE HOJONES SAID ! You don't need any glue , silcone , grilla snot , or any other type bullsh*t ! All you need to do is go too harley shop and buy the rubber for a inner fairing , it's about 10.00 per side . It already has the adhesive in the groove of the rubber ! Just peel and stick . Just the way it comes from the factory . . . . . . . . Other wise you gonna have that crap running all over your fairing !

Sounds like a new seal would be the best answer
