I know there are a chit load of threads about this but just looking for the compamy everyone is using to re-do the stock seat. I was going to go with alligator bob (his shop is about 15 min from the house). I have been to Bob' s shop a few times and even set appointments but every time I return to discuss, the price gets higher. Besides that, Bob is a bit of a meat whistle.

OH CHIT.....ALLIGATOR SLOB, nice work but guy is a jag that charges waaaaay too much. there is a place that Gina Woods from open radio used on her panhead that is local. 2-$3000 for a seat that will eventually get farted on is way too much for me.
try this place....http://www.woodstockcustomleather.com/
Ha gina woods, haven't heard that name in a while. I had a buddy get an Elephant seat from woodstock leather bout 5-6 years back. I will look into them tomorrow.
good ol Gina is still around guess on xm radio, best off dealing local if it ain't right its easier to get recourse, what did Slob quote ya and for what, his prices make me laugh

MeanCity Cycles gets my vote....One phone call was all it took.
Allen and his crew 'hit the nail on the head' the first try with
my seat........
Of course your results may vary.......
Mean City is the one that gets all the exposure here. I have a 2008 Street Glide seat I had done there (including the wide double-decker passenger modification) that I would sell. It is in excellent condition but I’m not sure that it would fit your bike.
Have a 2009 King! How much more comfortable, if at all, are these replacement seats! Is it worth the extra? Going from Ohio to Texas in June and am wondering?
