Just had my 2005 E-Glide at the dealer for new front and rear tires and a new drive belt and got treated great. They picked up and delivered the bike for no charge plus the bike came back cleaner than it was.Oh bye the way the dealer is YANKEE HARLEY DAVIDSON in BRISTOL CT.Also got the front tire for 50% off.It goes to show there are some decent Dealerships still around.
I have NEVER had a bike serviced and got it back without prints, grease, whatever all over it. Kudos to your dealer!!! Then again I have to take into consideration it is a Yankee dealer.....

Thanks so much for sharing that. I'm not a dealer, only a rider, but I surely do get tired of only hearing how bad everyones "stealer" treats them. Good to know ya got treated right, and then put the good word out!
My local dealer (Brian's HD in PA) is one of the "straght up" guys. I brought my UC in for the EZ Effort Clutch and they knew that I bought the bike used, my other is a 08 Nightrain, with that said they took the time to look the entire bike over and did find a few things that didn't require any parts, just tightening. I'm sure that they also knew that I had spent over $12k there on parts & apparel in the las 2 years too.
Harley Davidson of Sacramento treated me very good, had my cam tensioners changed last October and they did the job correctly and ahead of schedule. And did a fine wash on the bike.
