My build was all done at my local HD shop. All SE parts. The cost includes the build kit, pipe, tuner, dyno and labor. The details are in the link of my sig. I believe I had around $4000 in it for the motor work (which included high flow heads). I also put on a seat and some other stuff at the time but that is not included in the price above. Good luck...

PatriotMC,
The Godspeed website is quoting horsepower not torque. I strongly dispute those claims based on the fact that they are not telling the customer what corrected values that they use on their dyno tuning. Horsepower and torque are two very different things. Not only is this mathematically impossible; it's physically impossible. In order to gain that kind of horsepower from that build, you have to either create about 120lbs of torque and have the right cam too and or have an engine that revs to 7000 prm's

Had I gone with the 103 with the Comtec gasket and some minor head clean up, I think I would have gotten anoter 10. So that would have been about 25 over stock. Very good builds with some head work advertise 115 ft/lbs. I don't see anyway this build would get a gain of 40.

Here's how I did it, 110"+ heads off ebay brand new-$250, ported & polished locally-$400, 103"cylinders, 10.5 to1 forged pistons, 260 cams, and perfect fit pushrods-25% off dealer special on all parts, total was $750, 8hrs of labor at $65hr-$520, other parts- $80, total was $2000. Sold my stock heads & cylinders-$200, that brung it down to $1800, I already had a sert and my dealer was doing a advance performance seminar that week and used my bike when demonstrating the use of the sert and dyno, so my tune was free! So from 66 to 112 = a 70% increase in hp and from 86 to 111 = a 30% increase in tq. My bike is set up for more mid to upper rpm riding, thats where I wanted it.
You did good on your build! Remember though, you did head work and that Godspeed build (G1) does not advertise headwork.

I'll admit my build won't be good in a bagger, but it shows you can get a decent build on a budget. I think I probably saved around a $1000 with the discounts & free dyno tune. The free tune was totally unexpected and saved me probably 3-$400 alone. Like Dalton said, don't go chasing #'s cause it will get expensive! And you might not like what you end up with. I'm no motorhead, but one thing I would recommend you look into is some headwork to match your cams, it made a world of difference for me.
