Can't remember if mine came with HW or not actually. They don't come with clamps, I know that. I replaced mine though, just got a couple from the dealer. Pretty cheap.
I think they came with bolts/nuts for the rear-end. But even if they don't, you can pretty easily make it work. I wouldn't worry about it, at least not to the point where it would stop you from buying.
It is always a wise idea to use new clamps when adding slip on's to keep the possibility of an exhaust leak where they attach to the head pipe. Also use some Ultra Copper to seal it up real good. Clamps are cheap. My .02
I don't recall what hardware came with the slip-ons but I am certain no additional hardware was needed. (I didn't use new clamps nor Ultra Copper * and they haven't fallen off yet.)
Just use your stock stuff. I reused my clamps a few times and had no leaks. The key to the install Is the Ultra Copper. You can get that at any auto parts store.
