Adjustable cam gear?

Anybody seen this before? It's a pretty good idea but seems a little expensive instead of using a 4 degree offset. Any thoughts?

I think that would be cool for someone that liked to tinker with their motor or was looking for every oz. of power.
When I had my Super Bee I used bushings to put the cam exactly where I wanted it.

This would only change you HP/TQ curve with a stock cam, to get the "scavenging" effect you would have to increase the LCA by installing a performance cam and tune the exhaust and intake, then use the adjustable cam gear to fine tune the operation, in other words very expensive HP, it would be cheaper to get a gym membership and loose a few lbs to increase you HP to weight ratio if ya skinny keep your saddle bags empty.
