I use Zanotti's exclusively. Excellent customer service. That goes a long way in my book. What I really like is that you can check what is in stock, then punch the number in and get the price. You can add items to your cart and sometimes the shipping price actually goes down. Also, try the online chat deal. Ask a question online and get an answer. Too cool.
I really like the web site for checking prices/ shipping. Use them for over 3 years, had one problem, was fixed but took a few phone calls/ emails. I have to agree they are good guys.
+1 for Patty also...she fixed a problem with one of my orders instanly when I fat fingered a part number and didn't realize it as it was about to be shipped.
I've ordered tons of stuff from them with no problems. But.......people need to realize when ordering that they don't stock a lot of stuff and you won't be getting your parts in a couple of days. As long as that's understood going in, they're great to deal with.
My first order (of many) from them was a Chopped Tour Pak and liner and key set. Patty actually open all the boxes and put them all in one box to save me shipping cost over what the internet site said.
