Ordered 2 turn signal lamps ($70 shipped)from these guys yesterday and got an email from them saying
The comments for your order are: H-D has imposed a price increase on this
item. the new cast after discount will be $36.96 making your order $84.90.
do you wish to continue?

Ok? So I responded with: Can I at least get free shipping out of this? Really not fair to
advertise one price and come back with another. I think you should honor the prices that are on your site? Right?

And again, there response was: do you wish to continue?

I really start seeing the inter personality and customer service gleaming at this point. So I returned the favor with:

Do you wish to honor the original purchase price I paid for these? And there response was:

The comments for your order are: Order cancelled.
Your order has been updated to the following status:
New status: *** Cancelled *** ( I guess spellcheck does not work?)

What a deal!! I love how they were able to work with me. This was my last response.
Thanks for working with me and losing a sale. I'll pass the word along

Will never deal with these losers again! Probably can't speak English anyway

located not too far from me, and I refuse to shop there.. Customer service is non-existant, and pricing is always inflated. You are much better off NOT dealing with them.

Check out Chicago HD, Zanottis, or Surdyke.

joke first time in the door.. Was looking at a new scoot, and store was near dead. I looked at one bike for 20 min and no salesman said a word to me.

Then headed over to the glove area looking for some new gloves, Sheeeeeeesh you would have thought I was a leper. no help from anyone...I walked out, and have not been back.
