Do you lock when in the garage?
)What I mean is once the alarm is on, they can't start the engine and go. And I'm sure they can't pick it without a winch or a crane, even if they are 3 or 4 strong guys. And if they have a winch, they surely have the right tool to break any chain, cable, bolt, etc.
I have to be honest, when I sleep at my girlfriend's home, where there is no garage, I put a disk lock, just in case...
And BTW, my garage is underground, tow trucks can't drive in ! I'd try to call one last year, because of this stupid steer lock broken in: no way, I'd had to call HOG who sent me the HD tech to repair. Never used the steering lock again.
Never in the garage, and I could say I rarely lock it outside... I have the alarm always on, and can't imagine someone strong enough to raise this half ton bike on a truck
I lock mine in the garage and arm the security system.
I don't lock mine in the garage, but my garage door is never up unless I'm home. I don't even lock my back door, but I have 3 pitbulls that are ready for some action. Those rabbits are getting boring!!
