Thanks DZLDR, I've been wanting to do this mod for a while and saw your post as I'm finishing up the mini apes install. Very convenient as I had the nacelle open, and seems to work exactly as described. Appreciate it!

Please post a link if you ever find the thread as this is how I prefer to set it up also. Don't have an aux switch in my fairing cap and would rather wire it up without having to go get another switch.

I am also very interested in this method and will do it when more information is available. In other words, I am waiting too.....
I have already considered the yellow lenses as well and think it will go hand and hand with this mod.

A easy and safe mod, just maybe the cagers will see your extra lights. I have done this mod on all of my other Harleys and have never had a problem.
