Just took the dust cover off and started in on the Spring Mods this year. Installing 6 pack Dakota Digital Gauges, Polk MM651 Speakers 6& 1/2 inch speakers, Arc Amp from Firecap501(excellent service),Pioneer P5100 Head Unit, In Fairing antenna off ebay as someone else already posted, Zippers Max Flow Air Cleaner, and Klockwerks Horn Cover. Pictures to follow.
After having to do things multiple times everything is finally done.
Installed Pioneer Head Unit, Arc Audio Amp, Infinity Kappa Speakers,( I purchased Polk Speakers to begin with but found the speaker grills did not come off so I could not use them). Dakota Digital Gauges look great. I had to send the speedo to Dakota to get the odometer set. Newer versions can be done by you in your garage. A Zippers Performance Air Cleaner was added and a Klockwerks Horn Cover was installed to match the round air cleaner. I tried to upload pictures twice but the forum could not upload them for some reason.
After all this I washed and waxed using Meguiars products all the way and I absolutely swear by them. All the swirl marks are gone. I did find out that WD40 works great on cleaning the cast motor and all of the aluminum engine covers have a clearcoat on them. The wheels however, definately shined up with chrome polish.
I just got the album loaded.
