2- I have lost the Dampening in my front Forks ???? I can easily bottom-out the front end ! There is NO oil leaks. what happened ?
3- My floating Rotor is very loose and wobbly. Its moving almost 1/4 inch ! When Im ridding & turn to the left I get a Shudder. Constant LOUD clanking while I'm ridding.
3- the Steering Neck is LOOSE. Its got massive play. Who the Hell puts these bikes together ?
This is a Night Mare ! I haven't made my 1st payment and this bloody bike is falling apart ! I'm Trailering the bike back to the dealership in the morning. My ridding buddy is laughing at me and telling me I should have bought the new Indian like he did. I checked his Floating rotors & they aren't loose at all ! Then I checked several other bikes, and there rotors aren't loose either. Will keep you folks in the loop as to what happens.
4- This bike has zero power for a 103. My old bike had way more power.
I should have never traded in my old softail. I had over 80,000kms on it and never encountered these kind of issues. I'm really starting to regret it. I thought I would buy a New bike and have trouble free ridding for years to come. What a fatal mistake. By the way, they sold my old softail the same day I traded it in. I'll bet the new owner is grinning ear to ear.
And your post is at the end of a 6 year old thread because???

Reminds me of an old bud of mine that on occasion, He would unscrew the cap off the bottle and throw the cap as far as He could well beyond the edge of the yard and say "I sure as hell won't be needing that anytime soon!"

When I started getting all these problems, I googled " Harley rotor Issues" and this is where it brought me. Why does the fact that this post is 6 years old have anything to do with it ? This is a Help forum, is it not ? But you brought something to my attention......this has been a problem for 6 years and Harley still hasn't addressed it. Now let me tell you something,....I went out to my garage to take another look at my front rotor and noticed the "outer ring", is chewing away at the hub ring ! Seems the metal on the outer ring is Far Harder. How can this work when One metal is Harder than the other ? I took a small Centre Punch & put a small dimple in the inner hub very easily,....then I tried doing it to the outer ring, but couldn't leave even a tiny Mark. The rivets are wearing the inner NOT the outer rotor ! There's NO way this can be right.

I kinda figured as much. The Rivets have have worn the carrier badly. You can move the ring "side ways". Please explain to me how Stainless rivets on a "soft to hard metal" is going to work. My rotor is "out of true" for heaven sake. Don't you grasp the danger of this.! I get called a troll because I have a potentially dangerous problem with my Brand new bike ?? Has Harley not done a recall on this issue.? Surely there has to be an UP-Grade for this situation. I'm telling you , this dam rotor is ready to come apart ! One hard hit on the brakes and I'm in serious trouble. I'm asking for help here.

Update- I went to Harleys "safety recall website" and typed in the serial number. I am really not impressed now,....it says country of origin is India!!! So I googled it and its true. Harley has a plant in Bawal India and they build the 500 and 750 street AND the Street Bob. I don't know if the US are getting any, but in Canada we are ! I am going to return this bike. At NO time did the dealer tell me this. He led me to believe it was manufactured in the US like all the other bikes. Now I see why I got it for $12,000 and the other models were thousands more. The engine is different as well,....its a low compression version. I had NO idea of any of this.
