just bought a Harley Stage 1 air cleaner kit. looking thru the instructions before I dive into it, it says to remove the tank. for those in the know, is a tank removal necessary ? or is it just a technical writer trying to have fun ?
Easy job. I did a mock up of my Doherty to make sure it fit. Took me all of 40 mins. to remove and put the Doherty on. I didn't put every screw in, but I took a ton of picture while I was doing it, so I'd say it even'd out time wise.
I did Have one question Dawg. The sensor thats blocked off on the back of the stock A/C backing plate. What's that for??
I plan on just plugging it with the cap and zip tie it out of the way. Any issue??
