Question Detachable docking hardware question

Quick question;

I just ordered my new tour-pak, detachable TP rack and docking hardware. Currently I have a detachable sissy bar/luggage rack combo. Does the tour-pak use any of the docking hardware I have now, or will it only use the new kit? Can I just remove the docking kit I have now?

The main reason I ask is, I'm going to sell the sissy bar/pad/luggage rack combo and I'd like to know if I can include the docking kit in the package for the next person so they will have a complete package.

Thanks

Do you have 2 point or 4 point docking hardware now? You got pics of the sissybar/luggage rack combo?

Right now, I have the 2 point to mount just my sissy bar, the luggage rack is attached to the sissy bar. I don't have any pics of it off the bike, but here are a few on the bike I had on my laptop. When I list it, I will take better pics.

If your bike is an '08 or older, you can sell the passenger backrest mounting hardware because the HD detachable two-up tour pak rak uses different mounting hardware.

The 2 point and 4 point hardware and terminology is for '09 and newer models which use different hardware and detachable parts than the '08 and older models.

I'm pretty sure you will need the 4 point docking hardware. I've already got a detachable tour-pak rack and have ordered the 4 point docking setup for my '09 Ultra Classic. I would imagine the same would be true for an '08 RKC.

Can the docking hardware for the sissy bar be removed with no problems? (See the attached photo from gilbos440rt) I'm installing the Klock Werks curvaceous upper fillers and want to clean this area up by removing the two docking pieces and the piece in between. Doesn't look like they're good for anything else. I'd replace the mount piece by the shock with a regular torx head bolt.
