Tires
Probably a 150/80. I have just squeezed one into my 1990 bike, using a 2005 rear wheel and belt.
Certainly a 140/90. I prefer Avon tyres and they recommend replacing the stock MT rated tyre with a MU if riding 2-up a lot. My wife and I are not heavy, but with the bike fully loaded are close to the max limit for the bike. Their 150/80 is MU as also is their 140/90. The 150 is very close to the MT rolling diameter, while the 190 is a bit bigger.
