Detachable back rest

Detachable back rest
I have a 08 Streetglide have had the detachable back rest off and on maybe 10 times, put it on the other day and one of the plastic black bushing broke in two pieces. Is there another kind that I could put on in stead of the cheap Harley ones. Did I say cheap not.

There is a replacement machined from metal. I'll see if I can find it again, it was about a year ago that I ran across it. Looked like the way to go when mine wear out.
