I'll go way out on a limb, and say that they will probably paint at least one model "Vivid Black"!

Would probably add another $1000 to the price though!!

Back in the 80's the EPA tried to make all bikes be fuel injected, cat converted and liquid cooled. It was proposed to be done as a phase in plan over 8+ years. The main reason it was not put into action at that time was lobbying by H-D. With the EPA getting emissions standards reduced for bike back in the early 2000's (effective 2008), they are now in a better position to make those requirement stricter. While I honestly didn't think the aircooled twin would still be around today, I'm glad it is. Still, it won't be long and the aircooled twin will be no more. The V-Rod motor or something like it, has to be the future long term, for internal combustion engines.

As for linked brakes - I hate them. Just my opinion, but they are for those who are afraid of the front brake and drive a bike like a car - use the foot brake primarily. I have never done that, and feel like I have better brake control with my hand than my foot, so I want the most brake power possible in my hand.

I like the water cooling, although I don't like the look for the most part. I would love to see standard GPS, with larger screens. Another thing that has been around for a while that would be useful are heads up gauges on the touring bikes. I know it is not a long look down, but driving with heads up gauges is nice.

I like SOS, and 10 years is too far to look down. One day at a time is my motto.

First things first. I just hope they make it through these tough economic times and they they are still HD as we know it and not made overseas in 10 years.
