As far as I remember all it took was the clamps But, I also used the bottom clamp cover off the TriGlide. I believe you have to use this too, because of the angle. The dealer did mine and have done several others with good results. St Joe Harley call them and ask for Terry in parts he can tell you all you need to order. Tell him Ralph sent you.
I noticed that in the catalog it says the fairing skirts do NOT fit on trikes....my assumption was also the angle.
But cool....I've already been telling everyone to just give me money for Xmas/Birthday presents (or gift certificates to my dealership if they want to have that feeling of "giving an actual gift") to all go into that as a winter project.
Very nicely done, I am digging that paint scheme as well. How does the bike ride? Is it still functional as a touring bike or is it closer to just a chopper/bar hopper?
if anyone is interested in trying to do this to thier own bikes i have the upper and lower triple clamp and the lower skirt for sale ane are geniune harley parts . 450.00 for all . 817 233 5448 charlie . i was going to use them on mine buy decided to go the sinister chopper route with the 26 front wheel
You might not believe this, but it handles like a stocker. Actually the beach bars create more of a difference in feed-back or drivability than the geometry. It ran 105 last weekend with no wobble, and hung with my buddy on a Dyna with mini-apes down a curvy country road. I have been pleasantly surprised.
The paint is old school Kandy with a new varigated gold-leaf, lots of striping, and some shadow work. Thanks for the good word!

Great looking bike, Owen! Who's rear fender did you use, and is it steel or fiberglass?
Jerry
Cycle Vision fender. I had a clear idea of what I wanted the rear to be, and it included the Cycle Vision tag bracket. When I called to order it, I found out that they had a fender with a recess for the tag mount. I got the bracket, fender, and bags from them- but I ended up with Milwaukee Baggers bags for the final. I will be happy to share any of the particulars of the product selection (reasoning behind the parts swapping) if you P.M. me.
