hey ripper... you say the rake was 4 deg, curious to know if it would have been better to do 7 or say 9 deg..... maybe on a bigger front?

They modify the bracket for Road Glides.

Sinister makes a new outer fairing for the raked Street Glides

The look is not as rad as the cut neck job, but you can sure tell it has been raked and it looks really good. I don't have a picture right now (weather has been crap) but I'll try and get some today.
I rode down the hwy at 70 mph and let the bars go (with caution) and it tracked true and straight as good or maybe better that stock. I am very pleased with this set up.
I was at the HD shop today and was checking out the rakes of the trikes vs the SG's. It DOES look good! Never really noticed it before. You had said it ran about $900, is that how much the trees cost? Did that include labor or just parts? Got a parts list by any chance? Oh, one more thing, Ripper, got those pics? LOL.

Do you need anything other than the triple trees themselves, or is that it? You don't have to replace the tubes, do you? Any idea if these trees will fit a 2000 FLH? I would think they would. One more: Do you have to worry about the ignition switch hitting the tank with the extra back lean? Thanks!

Pretty much yes. I like it a lot. You can really tell it has been raked with the lowers off, I will take them off this summer.
