Default Problem with installing my Fairing WIDE OPEN CUSTOM

Hello friends ...
I have a problem with installing my Fairing CUSTOM WIDE OPEN on my Road King Classic 08.
Not within the rails of the black rubber washers. I have to force to enter. And when you come is not symmetrical and distorted.
It fits well. It fits the first and the screen.
Has anyone had this problem?. THANKS.
Not write well in English. FORGIVENESS.

THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE THAT MAKES CUSTOM WIDE OPEN.
THE LIGHTS OF FURNITURE AND overtook him:
"FLHR (Road King) Note: FLHRS (Road King Custom) models require the factory quick detach windshield mounting kit, and relocation of the running lights to the front hole.
* This is the ONLY model that has a choice of brackets: Stand up for added wind protection or laid back".

No encaja bien. No encaja a la primera como la pantalla.
żAlguien ha tenido este mismo problema?. GRACIAS.
No se escribir bien en inglés. PERDON.

Forgivness yes.
You may need to take one or both brackets off the fairing and (remove, sand off, smooth, carve, shape, file) some faring material to make the brackets parallel with each other ( | | ). When they are parallel, use spacers (washers) to space them out to the exact same width as the motorcycle mount spacing. Does this make sense? This would be a normal thing to do for a "custom" part.

Thank you. All proven safe.
An Aftermarket Fairing is not as easy as it sounds. Who sells it easy, but it is not so simple.
It installs as easily as the screen. It was a surprise to me such difficulty.

Very good, but does not fit. If I were to start now buy DRAGONFLY. Wide Open Custom NO.
If Wide Open work with me and I solved the problem speak well of them. Meanwhile I have only negative words.

I understand that it's hard to help ...
The problem I have is that does not fit the fairing on the four points of the bike. It fits well in the four rubber washers home where the screen is hosted in the Road King.
The problem is when adjustment as glasses do not fit on the head and ears.
EXAMPLE:
When a crystal glasses is higher than the other ...
I think now em explain better. I put a picture in the first post up there.
I've tried everything and do not get to the solution ...
Can I send you the fairing and I change it by another under warranty?.
THANKS.
