You should be fine if all you've changed is from V&H basic slipon's to Rush slipon's. A 2 inch baffle in the rush muffler should be about the same as V&H basic. If the Rush's are 1.75's you may be a little richer. I see no problem. Get out and ride!

 

The cd will work on a vista laptop. It will not install by itself when you insert the disk, you just have to click on the cd icon in my computer and the files on the cd will show. I clicked on the run install file and it worked.

i had the same problem as the OP and had to go to the website to download the software. I plugged up to the PCV and got the map that came from Jamie at FuelMoto but I can't get it to accept the firmware upgrade, is it necessary to upgrade?
