How to Mustang single seat on SG 2008
You don't need the fender bib. On some bikes, the rear fender gets scuffed up from the two-up seat that had been previously mounted. Also, the white plastic washers get covered up by the fender bib. There's short ones and longer ones. Just depends on if you like the look. I had a Mustang seat for a little while last year, and never put on a fender bib. I like the look of the painted metal fender.
