Default Skull accessories - Superstition

I have started putting Skull accessories on my bike, when this guys walks up and says he would never do that something about superstition etc. I said good for you, but I would never put bumper stickers on my car.

Question: How many of you have Skull on your bikes, and for those who don't is there a superstition thing about it. I.E. like have the guardian bell?

Never thought abut it. I have skulls, but I am not a superstitious person.

As one who has seen death up-close and personal, I would never put skulls on my bike. Not that I'm superstitious, but I don't need the reminder.

I am with Blueride, been there. I never understood the fascination with skulls myself, but there are a lot of other things I don't understand either (like women).

This one rides with me on the back fender wherever I go but then I've always been partial to a little head on the bike

Skulls as a symbol of death or bad luck is a cultural thing. Lot's of other countries where they are looked at differently.

Rock 'em if you like 'em. Don't if you don't.

I have also heard that skulls are the symbol of death and the closer you keep them to you the greater the chance the Grim Reaper will pass you by.

Interesting. Having been declaired dead on arrival after a wreck in 2000, I have no superstition, nor do I care if there are skulls or any death related symbols on my bike, etc. Heck I once raced (after I died) on a red BMW with the number 666 on it. (got a 6th place, 2 3rds back to back and finished 6th in points - a 6-6-6)
